SparAmt is more than just a platform — it’s a bridge between you and German bureaucracy. It was born out of heartfelt need and personal experience. We understand how challenging official matters can be in a foreign country — especially when language and regulations become barriers.
That’s why we created a place that simplifies social and bureaucratic processes, guiding you step by step — clearly, stress-free, and in Polish.
We operate with you in mind — so you can live in Germany with more peace, confidence, and the assurance that you’re not alone when dealing with authorities.
We’ve supported over 200k individuals in their journey to Germany — let us help you too.
Born from personal experience, SparAmt was created to help Polish citizens confidently navigate official matters in Germany.
Exactly one year ago, after 11 years of working in Germany, I was faced with a challenge – I had to fill out applications for the authorities. What should have been simple turned out to be surprisingly complicated. Fortunately, I received help from Diakonie, who supported me during this difficult time.
This experience made me reflect. I realized that not everyone is lucky enough to get help when they need it most. That’s when the idea was born to create a platform that would support our fellow Polish citizens in navigating social and bureaucratic matters.
This is how SparAmt was created – the first platform of its kind in Germany, designed for all those who live here and struggle with complicated, often confusing formalities. We want everyone to be able to handle official matters clearly, efficiently, and without stress.
Sparamt.de is an online platform that helps individuals and entrepreneurs in Germany complete and submit official documents—on their own or with expert support. Designed especially for non-German speakers, we simplify processes like business registration, tax filings, and legal paperwork.
